SOS Children

SOS Enfants is a French humanitarian association recognised as being of public utility and active in the education, training and health of underprivileged populations, particularly vulnerable children. SOS Enfants has been working with us for more than ten years in the protection, care and schooling of orphans and vulnerable children.

Foundation 64

The F64 Foundation is a Canadian humanitarian action organization whose objective is to offer more visibility to the actors of the associative sector. Since 2016, Fondation F64 supports BUMI in the creation of visuals, the improvement of our communication tools and works to connect with potential donors.

Capital Group

Capital Groupe is a company based in the DRC, active in several sectors of the construction industry, including construction and carpentry. For several years now, Capital Groupe has been using its know-how and its teams to help BUMI in the best possible way to develop its infrastructures: construction of classrooms, latrines, renovation works, etc. The Management of Capital Groupe has also been able to mobilize around it a community of generous and discreet donors who have been providing, every Sunday for 5 years now, a hot and balanced lunch for the 160 children of the Children's Village.

Katanga Contracting Services

Katanga Contracting Services SARL is part of the African Mining Solutions (AMS) group of companies, which has grown to incorporate many activities throughout Southern Africa. KCS is the group's mining, civil construction, contracting and processing company. At the end of 2018, the company entered into a partnership with BUMI and today sponsors 20 children.

LLP Group

LLP Group provides management systems consulting and services for local and international companies throughout Europe, North America and Mexico. In 2017, LLP Luxembourg has decided to support BUMI in the long term by contributing to the care of our children in their daily lives. More recently, LLP's support has enabled BUMI to open and operate a computer room in our school in Kamalondo. Through this, LLP enables young people from underprivileged backgrounds to develop computer skills and to use the internet as a lever of knowledge.

Medic Alliance

Created in 2017 by Philippe de Ro within the framework of the liberalization of the insurances in DRC, the IBC office proposes a range of insurance products intended for the companies on the topic of safety at work. This partner, our health insurance, helps us with the medical care of children in transit in Kamalondo. Care and medicines are thus free of charge in approved hospitals. With more than 20 approved hospitals in Katanga, there is always a medical centre nearby in case of medical problems.

Clarion Events

Clarion Event is a South African company specialized in the organization of events, trade shows and conferences. The company gathers every year professionals from the mining sector during the " DRC Mining Week ", which is held in Lubumbashi. By entering into a long-term partnership with BUMI, Clarion Event wishes to raise awareness among mining actors about their social responsibility, especially in terms of child protection and investment in the education and training of young people. Beyond its financial and material contribution, Clarion Event offers BUMI a platform for advocacy with local and international economic decision-makers.
